akhirnya hari yg di tunggu semakin hampir...Powerman 2009 adalah event terbesar utk aku setiap tahun.. tahun 2006 adalah pertama kali aku ambil bahagian dalam Powerman tp hanya kategori sprint, tahun 2007 aku berjaya memiliki road bike dan decide utk buat full distance.. begitulah seterusya pd tahun 2008 dan 2009..

my first time as finisher Powerman 2007..7th time for Black. Melody Tan, Powerman Director was soo amazed with his loyalty to Powerman race.

to be in the top 8 is quite impossible for me.. Because Powerman adalah event international dimana atlit dari semua pelusuk negara dtg utk mengambil bahagian termasukla Singapura, Thailand, Filipina, Australia, Switzerland, South Africa, Belgium dan lain-lain..like most people run a race to see who is the fastest, but i run a race to see who has the most guts..besides having fun during the race..overall, all that matter is u finish the race..

like last year, i have no problem at all during my run..coz most of my training last year was focused on my run.. but of course, i suffer a lot during the bike..cramp all the way.. and start to run again amazingly..hehe

but this year, there are slightly change on the schedule of training.. now, i'm more focused on the bike session but lack of running session.. and i cant wait to see what happen on the race day..haha

just wanna wish all the best to all friends taking part.. hope together we can finish the race and can achieve our own target this year..
