During bike, mmg aku berazam nak kayuh laju sket dari tahun lepas.. awal 5km aku cramp tapi aku taknak trun drpd bike...aku buat mcm2 strecthing sampaila aku figure out satu cara utk hilangkan cramp...at last muscle aku dah dpat adapt dgan conditon kayuhan time tuh, tkar crank bsar dan aku kayuh laju sket.. angin pagi tuh mmg tak dpt digambarkan kuatnyer..kdg2 aku rasa kyuh macam laju, tapi tak pegi.. tahun lepas, byk org sayur aku time cycling.. tapi tahun ni seems kurang sket dan aku byk potong org specially masa naik flyover tu..hehe mmg seronok..

Dan masuk second lap, energy makin kurang, kayuhan makin slow.. aku tgk org lain mcm dah slow down sket..angin rasanye makin kuat dari 1st lap tadi.. ada jugak aku tgk beberapa org yg trun drpd bike sbb cramp, ada 2-3 org yg dah sorong bike sbb pancit..panas time tuh juga tak boleh digambarkan lagi..jumpe water station trus siram kepala dgan air..bile nak sampai..bile nak sampai..at last sampai jugak.. timing aku untuk bike tahun ni reduce 15 min dr tahun lepas...wow!! memberangsangkan... mungkin next year bole reduce lg..
masuk 2nd run, aku dah x larat nak lari lagi.. bong + ada sumthing cucuk kat lutut.. lutut aku telah menunjukkan tanda2 yg tak baik..tgk jam ade lagi 1 jam 25 min utk cut off time..ni kalo aku jalan je mmg x sempat abis.. nak taknak, aku paksa jugak kaki utk berlaari..hari yg panas terik ni mengingatkan aku tentang gurun sahara...walaupun aku tak pernah pegi gurun sahara, tp aku rasa mcm dah ada kat sana.. dan powerman tahun ni la paling banyak aku berjalan.. itu je rekod yg berjaya aku pecahkan..berjalan plg banyak utk 2nd run..lambat 9 min dr tahun lpas..mental aku tak berjaya atasi tahap kepanasan hari itu...itula padahnye kalo slalo trening malam..hehe
akhirnya aku berjaya jugak finish dalam 4 jam 50 min...lambat 1 min dr tahun tahun lepas..
nampaknya tahun ni, tiada pencapaian yg patut dibanggakan... walaupun aku mampu improve time cycling, tapi time utk running adalah rekod terburuk sepanjang 3 tahun ni..
lagi sket je!!

hi jiha. u did well despite the injury. and it was wise that you decided not to push. just like me, i am aware of my condition, and that condition tells me if i were to push, i would be asking for misery and suffering that i can never forgive myself for. hence the taking it easy for this year's Powerman. nothing to lose ya. Plenty more future races which we can enjoy when we can train and race unconditionally.get well soon dear.

yup, u right kak julie.. that's why i didn't push myself through the race.. this year really taught me a valuable lesson- try to avoid a stupid mistake from training..hehe
u did great too..and hope u will be fully recover from the injury soon..
I had DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) on my calves after that wednesday night traning too.
3 hari baru hilang sakit kaki.
anyway, congrats n well done!
2010 = triathlon year pulak, ok!
