Jiha, u dont have to train like pro to achieve amazing results.u forgot ur transition time. that too needs improvement. Do look up, learn and train how to make a SuperFast transition in my case it really did help me.
Work hard on the bike too ok. will be more than happy to share some tips with u on how to cycle faster. u can always look up the net too as there are many reliable sources there. ur run time is cool. keep it up.

i totally forgot bout the transition time..i always lost my breath after the run or long bike during transition..need to keep it up
my bike is slow too.. i dont know why others can relax during the bike while for me its a struggle..yeah, of course i want some tips on how to cycle faster..hehe
