just run..

Aloohaa.. long time didn’t update my blog..plus, nothing to be updated..hehe
I still haven’t start my regime yet.. mmg btol2 sdg cuti2 Malaysia..
Dunno.. juz giving myself a break..

I just read a post from “ The closet sport freak” title giving myself a time out.. After read the whole thing, thinking it for a while, I realize that we’re having a similar thought… definitely the same..

When I first start running 5 years ago, the first year was a lot of fun..i really love and enjoy my run soo much.. every run I did was so free and my body is loose from any specific technique…Until people start to see me as a University runner..mana tak nye..asik nmpak muka aku je yang lari pusing UTM tu.. hehe..Then I start to involve in the U sport event, took part in many open races..And when i see myself in a very competitive situation, i just want to be better..

Semenjak itu, bermula la sesi training.. I did improved my performance by doing some extra workout, weight training, train with the guys by following their pace, did the intervals, drills which I never had before..when I bought my first sport watch, I always record my time for each mileage..then the next day, I’ll target a better timing for the same mileage I had yesterday...then going back home I will jot down everything.. kononnye nak tgk sejauh mana improvement..and when the improvement did not reach my expectation, i cry!!!...seriously..
can u see how this whole thing really carries me away..
and soon I admit that the run became not fun anymore..
Frankly speaking, It turns into a burden and stress..

After I started my career, my training time reduce to 50%..Makes me helpless..membuatkan ku sedar, tak mungkin dpt improve mcm dulu lagi..
if I train mcm org gile pun, how much I can improve?
How far I can compete? When I can’t really 100% committed to it..
Not sure.. it’s kinda complicated..

Maybe after this, I want to loosening up a bit..Don’t want to think so much, just want to let go..Just run and run freely again...there's nothing to lose..
