After a long break (sigh) ada la dlm 4 bulan do nothing, finally i started my workout on last friday running 8km++ with average pace + hilly route + i dont puke..actually i joined the UTM night run with other kakithon..the most difficult route (i guess) at this 4th series..
my evaluation bout my performance that nite :- i still have my stamina, so so fitness, zero strength coz i have to walk climbing up the hill on 3rd & 4th lap (pity me) and heavy breath..
of course other kakithon get their top placing..congratulations to all..
this year was full of blessing to kakithon, coz they slowly becoming a hunredaire, some already a thousandaire collecting their winning prizes every month..
and as a senior, i really happy with their achievement..
the most impressive improvement so far is li ting..coz she just start joining kakithon only for 1 sem & without any sport background, already break a masum record for 1500m & 3000m..that's what i call a"super woman"..
now, she's training for SUKMA..wishing all the best to her..and also to other kakithon, "lift your spirit high!!"
as long we have the courage, passsion & determination, everything is possible..
what concern me the most is myself..i know that career now is my no.1 priority but i can't abandoned
my sport coz i love doing it and i need to learn how to balance it with an effective training schedule..
now, i'm back on track...
